Musical Career:

• G Flip's musical journey started early when they began playing the drums at the age of nine. Drums and percussion continue to play a vital role in their songwriting process, even as they have evolved into a multi-instrumentalist.

• In 2017, they dedicated themself to writing and recording music, having previously been part of various Melbourne music acts as a session drummer and backup vocalist.

• Their debut single "About You" was uploaded to Triple J Unearthed in February 2018 and quickly gained attention. Pitchfork named it "Best New Track," and it was officially released on March 2, 2018.

• The success of "About You" led to international interest, and G Flip played their first solo show at SXSW in Austin, Texas.
